A concept collection based around an idea I had years ago.

The Ideal, and probably only HLM3 that could work would be one that follows the individual stories of 50 Blessings agents

with that in mind, I sought out and played all of the Campaigns and individual levels that fit this criteria I could.

Some are notably better than others, some have no plot whatsoever, and some are filled with juvenile trash humour, but the concepts behind the greater plot, still being interesting ones.

Some require sprite or music mods which are not compatible with eachother, I advise you install them on the fly for whichever campaign or level asks you to do so, but it's not required. (I never replaced the music).

Some inconsistencies do occur in this collection's plot outline I should note, it doesn't quite fit together. If I were combining these into an actual work I might change things around to fit better, but that's not what I'm doing, I wouldn't have the permission to do that, nor the ability.

with that in mind, I present Hotline Miami 3: Voicemail.

Note: Most levels can be played in about any order. for the best effect However I'd advise Playing in the order I listed them in, with White House absolutely last.
