Report a translation problem
There is a separate report for each faction when first encountered.
If you are given a spy at the beginning it will not have the properties this mod gives them until it is injured and returns.
like when my spies are seen ill get the message 4 times
Pack File Manager is downloaded for free and if you have ever used a spreadsheet you will find it easy.
You can modify this mod very easily as there are only two tables from memory and substitute your desired details.
Better to save it under a different name in case I update this one at some future point.

As I said previously I have not had any complaints about this happening and there have been thousands of users.
If you have Pack File Manager (free download) you could reduce the number of armies available yourself. This is easy to do.
Plus there are mods that can reduce the chances of a Civil War.
I have played several campaigns with this mod and never hit a problem with the AI factions having too many armies and no-one has reported it as a problem.
Once the Galatians had more than usual armies near the end game, but most of them with less than 10 units per army.
I suppose they do not have the required money to maintain too many full armies?
