Hyper Reservoirs (Vanilla/DLC)

Description
Added two reservoirs with multiple times more capacity than the vanilla ones, with the idea of having a built-in compressor, which made of some plastic and needs a little power, just like the mini-pumps.

I know that there are already several mods about reservoir capacity, yet I made this, cause I hate over-powered mods, so there's a cost for every gain to balance for playfulness.

I know that liquid is almost incompressible in physics, but it's a game after all.

Besides, why can't you put more than 20t liquid in 6 cells with a reservoir, while you can put 20t solid in 2 cells with a storage bin?

Details

Now having config UI implement with PLib, check it out while mod's enabled. It's best to restart the game after you changed the config.

Hyperbaric Liquid Reservoir

- Materials: Steel * 800 + Plastic * 100
- Power: 40W for input, none for output
- Signal: Signal can control output, won't affect input
- Tech: Valve Miniaturization
- Size: 2W * 3H
- Capacity: 5t * 4 = 20t

Hyperbaric Gas Reservoir

- Materials: Steel * 800 + Plastic * 100
- Power: 40W for input, none for output
- Signal: Signal can control output, won't affect input
- Tech: Valve Miniaturization
- Size: 5W * 3H
- Capacity: 150kg * 4 = 600kg

Still works, but the multiplyer of the gas reservoir uses the old base storage of 150 kg. (after patch it is 1000 kg)
So for example when you set it to x20 it results in 3000 kg.

Yes, you will need to change the capacity settings to store a full cycle of geyser production, because the default settings are enough for me.
Comparing to high pressure gas & liquid rooms, this mod kinds of simplify the room + pump + signal + lots of pipes combination.
Personally, I only build one high pressure reservoir for each particular geyser or building group, as
a signal controlled buffer storage.
For massive storage, I'm still using the vanilla reservoirs, because of no other consumption, though power consumption really is not important at the mid/end game phase.

Topic balance. It must compare to high pressure vent rooms & liquid res .

Hight pressure rooms
Store 20kg per tile. Make it even: 300KG in 15 tiles (3x5)

liquid res.
Store 5t in 6 tiles. 500x full liquid pipe.
Make it even:
500x full gas pipe = 500KG. Scaled to 15 tiles = 1250KG .

This is "uncompressed". One could argue to put x10 for compressed gas.

Use
First time we want to store gas is natural gas geyser. My geyser makes ~8700KG of gas a full cycle. Active for ~60%. Store 40%.
I need ~3600KG of storage. So i would need to build 6 of yours.

conclusion
While not consuming lots of power, it will stack! One need 20+ to handle gas storage in mid to end game.

I would remove/lower power need for an "uncompressed" version with storage about a 800-1000KG. Storing 40% of a full cycle of gas in only about 3-4 reservoirs.

Or go with power and "compress". I would expect 1-2 of them to handle a full cycle of gas. So up to 4000KG.
