Pure stock, no dlc, no mods.

Note: if you have BG dlc, you can change the throttle mode on the jet engine to independent, map it to a controller, edit lines, then map the controller to the wheel throttle and select absolute mode, so that when you press W, it also increases the jet throttle, when not pressed, jet throttle drops to 0%.
