Better Sea King Bloodline

The Sea King / Queen bloodline is pretty difficult to get, because you have to spend a very very long time raiding. However, it is probably one of the most useless bloodlines in the game. You get +5 opinion for Sea Kings/Queens (a trait, which is basically never reached by the ai) and more troops from the "Organize Raid" action of your Marshal (which becomes unavailable as soon as you are not tribal anymore).

Therefore this mod is supposed to make the bloodline more rewarding. If you have the bloodline, you will get a new decision in the intrigue menu, which allows you to summon an instant raiding party (4900-5100 troops with 150 ships). These troops are permanently in raiding mode and don't replenish, but they don't have monthly costs and suffer no attrition. Furthermore they don't disband once you stop raiding (like the one from the action of your Marshal).

You can use the decision every 10 years, but the troops don't stack. You will only be able to reinforce the troops back to their original size. The decision is mutual exclusive with the corresponding action of your Marshal. The Marshal won't spawn troops, if you used the decision in the last 10 years or still have troops left, and vice versa.
