[NL] Dutch Traffic Lights

This mod replaces all Vanilla traffic lights with working Dutch-looking versions.

I fixed an issue with the following Two-Lane Roads, where the wrong traffic lights showed
- Two-Lane One-Way Road with Grass
- Two-Lane One-Way Road with Trees
- Two-Lane Gravel Road

- Other traffic light mods (mods that replace the traffic light 3D objects)

- Toggle Traffic Lights
- Traffic Manager: President Edition [STABLE]

- Showing wrong type of traffic light when using 'Large Avenue with Grass'

- Create LOD-meshes/textures

- None
