Description
Adds a Hat belonging to a character from Dark Cloud 2/Dark Chronicle to the roulette wheel

Also adds a remix for Mafia Town (Be Sure To Disable Any Other Mafia Town Remixes Before Using)

You need to disable the others because the remixes won't work if you don't

Why we need to disable others, because the game doesn't choose one randomly. No idea why that isn't a feature.
