Oil Man - Mega Man Powered Up

Here is Oil Man from Mega Man Powered up! Now usable in SFM.

I included both the Japanese and American colors for Oil Man, just select the face/colors you want by changing the skin. Theres also body groups for his hand and mouth. I didn't have the time to upres the textures this time since I'll be away for a week starting tomorrow, but Oil Man didn't need the boost as much as Cut Man. Anyways, I hope this helps with whatever Mega Man content you're making.
