Tempest Rider

Built as the canonical 14th Stage of the Stargazer's Highway, the Tempest Rider takes worthy challengers on a full-speed sprint through the remains of a seaborne energy plant. The plant itself strived in it's days of operation, but continued instances of extreme weather and malfunctioning equipment caused it to be abandoned. Now the facility lies in ruins, coated in fire, electricity, and haywire technology. The course rewards smooth movements and pinpoint precision, something made difficult by the planet's low air density, which allows for faster speeds at the expense of control. Oh yeah, there's also next to no road barriers. So... good luck.
