I've converted the some vanilla Vehicles to After Dark DLC Taxis to simulate a Car Rental Service!

To have your Taxi Depots spawn [Rental] Cars, use the "Service Vehicle Selector 2" mod by BloodyPenguin:

I also hardly recommend Profitable Tourism mod by Zenya: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=550479679
Why? Because let's face it, Taxis depots are usually work with profit in mind. It makes no sense that the upkeep cost is higher than the income. This mode includes a variable that multiplies the income from taxis (and so our rental cars)
