UA: ELVERUM AUTHORIZATION

• Units within three tiles of Coast gain increased Movement on the first turn of a DoW.
  
• Civilian Units are trained 20% faster in Coastal Cities.

UB: VERFT

• Replaces Military Base.
  
• +3 Production.
  
• Civilian Units gain +1 Sight and +50% Defense when embarked.
  
• Requires Coast instead of Arsenal.

UU: PANSERSKIP

• Replaces Destroyer.
  
• Can attack twice whilst in owned Coastal Tiles.
  
• Slightly slower and weaker, but costs less to train.

Steam Install

• Select "Subscribe" above.
  
• Start the game up and hit Mods
  
• Enable the mod
  
• Click Next and begin a game.

Direct Installation

• Download 7zip (it's freeware, and takes next to no time to install)
  
• Download the Civ5Mod file from here -> Direct Download[drive.google.com]
  
• Place the Civ5Mod in MyDocuments> MyGames> Sid Meiers Civilization 5> MODS
  
• Right click the Civ5Mod file and select 7zip -> Extract to "JFD's Civilizations - (insert civilization here)
  
• Start the game up and select Mods
  
• Enable the mod
  
• Click Next and begin a game.
