Cave Island Outpost "Kaliah"

Description
This base is designed to act as a detailed starting base, and is designed with multiplayer in mind.
LIDAR System installed, Radio based Text Chat in terminals inside.
There is also a Camera broadcasting out on 558 (If my memory of the channel number serves) that rotates back and forth to allow for remote viewing.

Oh, and the 'Light Tower' has a pair of fog horns that go off automatically.
