Rise of Birkistan

In the year 1930, a group of Americans start a fascist revolution in French Syria, establishing the Birkistani State. By 1936, in the midst of a worldwide depression, Overseer Brixton Williams sets out to make Birkistan the world power it should be.

Okay, so this mod is kind of a meme. When I first started playing Hearts of Iron, I noticed my friend Brixton looks just like a younger version of one of the generic portraits. A few weeks ago, I started getting into modding and said, "You know what? I wanna put him in the game." So now you have to endure this abomination.

I appreciate all criticism, suggestions and miscellaneous feedback, but this is my first mod, and it's still a work in progress, so please don't be too harsh!
