[LEGACY ] ROVER-C64

ROVER-C64 is a fairly inexpensive starter HV with basic survival functionality.
No fuss, but room for additional improvements.

Utility:
1 x Mobile Constructor
1 x Oxygen Station
1 x WiFi
1 x Detector
1 Cargo Controller (1500 SU)

She has a slight dip forward when unladen, but balances our when fully laden. Shouldn't cause any problems really.

Weapons:
2 x Gatling Guns
2 x Ammo Controllers (2 x 250SU, One hidden behind plating on either side of the HV, i.e. 3900 Bullets.).
