Descripción
A small mod I made because of a friend's request. Gives fascist/non-aligned Bulgaria a flag with the Coat of Arms, renames fascist/non-aligned Bulgaria the Tsardom of Bulgaria, and changes Boris III's portrait to the one from Kaiserreich. Renamed the non-aligned party "House of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha" and the fascist party "Filov's Government". Changed the leader of the fascist party to Boris III.

@aszykmarta I wanted the fascist party in-game to represent the historical government of Bulgaria at the time of the war, which is why it is what it is.

I don't intend on making a focus tree, this mod is merely for visual flavour.
