Black Screen on Launch [FIX]

This fixes a common problem where Mirrors Edge won't launch. It's very easy to fix and requires no downloads.

Problem:

When you click on Mirrors Edge, a black screen comes up and the game crashes.

Why The Game Crashes:

The default resolution for Mirrors Edge is 1600 x 1200. In some cases, the monitor resolution is not supported.

Fix:

Step 1: Go the the file path "C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\Documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\TdGame\Config"

Step 2: Click on "TdEngine" and find "ResX"

Step 3: Change ResX and ResY to your monitors resolution.

Step 4: Save and close.

Step 5: Start up Mirrors Edge like normal.

go to documents, EA Games, Mirrors Edge, TdGame,Config, TdEnginge
then find ResX and ResY and type in your resolution

I'm getting a bit of a problem- the file says it has been corrupted when I tried to do this fix. I am reinstalling and trying to do this again, but if you have any immediate tips I could use them. Thanks.
