there are some things you need to do first
1. you will have needed to have completed the main questline with either the minutemen or the brotherhood of steel
2. blind betrayal must be completed with danse still alive obviously
3. you must be in a romance with danse
4. you must have a mod that adds double beds
5. you must do this at a settlement where there are no other settlers because it will cause conflicts with the beds and settlers already there


so after you have done those quests and set up the double bed at a empty settlement open the console and select danse then type unequipall and you will get a danse mutant monster thing then go to the double bed and sleep for however long you want when you wake up danse will be stepping out of a power armor frame and then you can change his clothes and whatever you want you get a free power armor frame in the process too
