Description

I received some thoughtful praise of my new HV Emblem and several requests to convert it to an SV.

So, introducing Sovereign; a meaner, faster, SV version of Emblem with Railguns.

Designed to be a short range SV deployed from CV or BA, then one loots with said CV or another cargo-oriented HV.

Oh shit Neocrafter! LOL! Ah well, there is plenty of room for one. I usually give my creations a week or two before going back and tweaking them, buuuuuut that is top on my list of to-do's!
