Description
Changes how mental breaks are triggered, e.g. for an extreme break a pawn has to have at least 1 extreme -20 thought, rather than a few small ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

This is just a micro mod

I don't like the way that a pawn can go on a murder spree just because they slept without a table in the cold while in pain from a gnat bite in the dark wearing a shirt with 1 little hole in it. This is especially easy if you have a few mods running that add negative thoughts. I think they should have at least 1 seriously bad thought to allow the serious mental breaks to trigger.

The mod also allows lower level mental breaks to trigger if a bad enough thought isn't present to trigger the more extreme ones

This only affects the settlers or also the rest of the factions because I have a mon that makes them enter berserk with Scaria, does it affect only one or both factions equally?

I don't know if it's because of this mod, but after installing it I noticed that I never got the extreme mental breaks at all, even when my pawn have negative mood and at least one extreme mood debuff.

how does this mod interact with genes may i ask in particular the aggressive ones, do they still occur regardless of the required moodlet being there?

this mod is a genuine game changer. I try to keep my colonists happy 90% of the time, but that ONE NIGHT where I *NEED* some shit done and I force them to cook instead of sleeping because or else everyone would die of malnutrition, they go on a muderous rampage and kill my doctor...

It just feels unfair that they forget how good their life is within one day and it's enough to make them kill someone.
