I'm not sure why extracting it to your install wouldn't have made a 'mods' folder. Make a 'mods' folder yourself, move the "folder called Home_Depot and a readme file" to that.
Good luck.
EDIT: Ahh, for some reason v19 wasn't preserving the 'mod' folder in the zip... fixed.
1. I download the zip file.
2. Select the zip file in download folder and choose "extract"
3. Browse to the 7dtd folder as the extraction destination
4. The previous steps resulted in a folder called Home_Depot and a readme file.
5. I started the game but no changes.
6. I changed the file name to "Mods" since the extraction didn't create one but that didn't work.
The error must be on my part but I am not technically literate enough to know where I went wrong.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
