Impractical, huge bombing beasts used in WW1.

Eclipsing behemoths that block out the sky.

Or, in this pack, somewhat goofy flying clouds of death.

This pack contains 6 variants of zeppelin for you to use to destroy the weak bots, or get destroyed by. Due to their immense size, however, they have trouble spawning in most normal spawns. All of them can spawn in the attack heli, transport heli, bomber plane, attack plane, and AA spawns, minus the Legacy version which I intend on fixing. With that done, time to review the variants. This pack isn't a good representation of the zeppelins of WW1, but more like the zeppelin of BF1: A large, behemoth-class vehicle which turns the tides of the game.

Mk. 3 Zeppelin

Seats: 7

The Mk. 3 is the smallest of all the zeppelins, although it is immense, still. In the pictures, it has 2 sets of engines, and is pictured next to Finishplay's transport zeppelin I'd recommend downloading that mod as well for when these zeppelins don't fit. It's main armament is a powerful, rapid fire AT-MG, with a capacity of 50 rounds. Gunners in this seat can use this to effectively wipe out infantry, jeeps, tanks, or even other airships. This zeppelin also has 2 HMGs to attack infantry ad unarmored vehicles, and 2 side-mounted AA turrets. These turrets do not save the zeppelin from kamikaze pilots in most cases, however, and 1 kamikaze is enough to tank any of these airships down.

Mk. 4 Heavy Class

Seats: 10

The larger Mk. 4 Heavy Class Zeppelin sports 3 more MG turrets, more powerful ship defense AA, 2 more sets of engines, an extra gondola, and 5 times as much HP as the Mk. 3. The stronger AA has 3 times as much range, fires multiple projectiles, and nearly guarantees a longer service life for the zeppelin. Sometimes it even fits better to spawn than the smaller Mk. 3. However, similarly to all other zeppelins, planes will crash into it, allied or enemy.

Mk. 4 Artillery

Seats: 10

A "hold my beer" kind of zeppelin, this variant trades it's cluster bombs and AT-MG for 2 cluster artillery launchers. This artillery is highly effective against anything that is moving slower than the average motorbike, including infantry, tanks, jeeps, AA guns, even other zeppelins. however, this does mean that it is nearly defenseless against armor underneath it, but infantry is shredded by the 5 gunners.

Aerodreadnought

HP: 500,000
Seats: 6

The Aerodreadnought is exactly what it sounds like. Inspired by someone relentlessly asking other modders to make an aerial battleship, I said, "♥♥♥♥ it, I'll do it so the others can do something productive." The pilot is, as usual, unarmed, but the second seat is armed with heavy cluster artillery, third and fourth with naval AA guns, and fifth and sixth with heavy tank cannons essentially. Eats enemy planes for breakfast, destroys squads with ease, and effortlesssly annihilates enemy armor until the concentrated fire upon it finally takes it down.


Or, until a friendly plane crashes into it, like such as during my testing.

Comes in 2 variants, normal where a well placed tank shot will kill the pilots and end their aerial battleship reign, and invincible pilots, where you must wait for a plane to crash into it or for it to crash.

Mk. 1 Legacy

HP: 100,000
Seats: 6
The Mk. 1 Legacy was the first zeppelin I made, characterized by a much worse model and the pilot being able to drop bombs. The Mk. 2 was basically the Mk. 3 but tipped over a lot, so I didn't release it in this pack.

Roadmap

• Smaller 'recon' airship
