Of course it's GA none scaling as well. You just have to play less meta to keep the AI relavant.
That's actually decent AI.
If you compare to mine, who has less than 100k fleet power combined at that time.
Ended after 70 years with 1 M fleetpower while AI has 200k xD

Btw, I noticed some minor and even funny things a couple of time, those happens rarely:
1 of 100 attacks on my starbase, I saw a corvette fleet filled with 3 flak artilery per corvette:D
Ai playing the devouring swarm sometimes start to merge and split a fleet on a verge of hyperlink jump, which also prevents it from going anywhere, as those two orders keep spamming each other for some time (about half of a month I think)
