Beskrivelse
What is this mod about?
The purpose of this mod is to give the player a little extra technology, and a little more time to play with it.
Every tech tree is expanded. My goals was to extend the tree for another 5-6 years. That means that most tech ends at 1952 +/- 1.
Game end date was moved to 1965 so you don't have to deal with that annoying end-game screen that shows up eventually.
I tried to keep to vanilla tech trees as much as possible, so you should find everything where you left it in vanilla.

Features
All tech expanded to about 1952-ish.
All new super carrier hull.
Naval nuclear reactors for different ships which can be researched in the tech tree.
Rebalanced ship naval speed and refit costs.
Carrier Jet Fighters and CAS.
Guided Missile Launchers for ships.

Compatibility
Anything that touches tech tree, equipment, ship modules, etc. is definitely incompatible!

Stuff like player led peace conferences and puppet manager should be OK.

Sadly, I will not update this mod anymore. Main reason is PDX behaviour in recent years towards community, DLC spam, ignoring bugs and waiting modders to fix them etc.
Hence, I don't play the game, I don't get DLCs, and I don't make mods.

That said, all content created in this mod (except the mod name) is freely available for anyone to use. You don't have to ask permission or anything. Just use it.

Did I miss something somewhere - I can't seem to find a Transport plane ?

I used gimp. No monies for PS. Most of it is vanilla icons and playing with layers. E.g. fire control systems are ship icons from navy doctrines, completely blacked out with some overlay.
You can do alot with colours alone.

I'd so very much like to give it a try, but I *can't* play the game without expert AI. It's just not possible.
