well the normal nail gun does suck like i tried it and a head shot won't do the job but it's silent

No way is it OP as a modded nail gun! XD
I love this kinda stuff too much. When people mod a tool into a weapon, those are both the most deadly, painful, and unreliable weapons you will ever own. Seems to wear quickly, yup this sums up a crazy engineers crack head brain storm creation alright!
