Challenger 1

The Challenger 1 is a British MBT developed in 1982, it was developed as a replacement to the Chieftain which suffered from poor mobility and was obsolete at the time of its conception. The Challenger 1 saw operational service in the 1991 Gulf war where it achieve the world's longest-distance tank kill at 4,700 meters (2.9 mi).
