I know, this is not the most common Build for Spectre. But it gives the Hero some qualities, that are missing if you just rush for Radiance first. With Vanguard and Dispersion youll be able to help out on other lanes and provide kills very early in the game and sometimes even dive and get away with it. Later on at arround 20 Minutes ingame with Diffusal Blade and Desolate youll be very strong and ready to fight nearly anyone. You can still farm on side lanes, while your Team starts the fights and you can come to them and be some great help. You follow up with a Manta, cause the enemy Team will probably have some Stuns or Slows, that will maybe annoy you in fights. Manta and Diffu is a good combo too, so your target will have no mana at all. Depending on the enemy Heroes you will need even more HP (Heart or Skadi) or more dmg (Crit, MKB, Butterfly). If you feel like it, make the good old dota 1 item build and buy Heart AND Butterfly. Youll never die again and everyone gets ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up from Dispersion Dmg.
