[BETA] Cannonball weapon pack

I upload this mod as beta because i need to test it with peoples ! This weapon pack add weapons shooting cannonbals ! Very fun but not balanced for the moment, please tell me the changes you would like to see.

Includes 1 device :

- Old Manufactury, the tech required to build the weapons

Includes Cannonball weapons :

- Mortars ( with 2 upgrades )
- Mortar lvl 1 : Small damage and power
- Mortar lvl 2 : Big cannonball so big damage
- Mortar lvl 3 : Big explosive cannonball ! Lots of splash damages, destroy shields and ignites bases !

- Later : Cannon ( why didn't I do cannons for cannonballs before mortars ?)

The power of these weapons are in their cinetic energy transfer. It crushes ennemy 's bases' roof and make it all shaky jelly.
