@Gradon4141 If your Windows 10 Movies and TV app is not playing the MP4 your are missing X265. Windows can not natively play this but it is a very popular compression algorithm that maintains quality at reasonable file sizes, it's also known as HEVC (High Efficiency Video Codec) and is used commonly in Blu-ray releases. Search Google for the K-Lite codec pack and that should solve your problem.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the X265 codec but I have played other Wallpaper Engine videos just fine. I use Windows 10 and I could not play the .mp4 through Windows Movie and TV app (aka the default Windows 10 video player)

@Gradon4141 Sorry for the late response but if it's stating the file is corrupt you are missing the X265 codec or the player you are using does not support it. So far you are the only one to report this and I cannot replicate it by downloading my own copy from Steam instead of using my local one.

If you could, let me know what OS you are using and which player you tried to play the MP4 on.

Currently doesn't work on my computer. Doesn't load at all and whatever the previous background that I had freezes when I try this one. I attempted to play the .mp4 file from the File Explorer but it says the file is corrupt.

I would appreciate it if you can fix this as soon as possible because I would love this as my main background. Thank you!
