Dragey's Leper Redone

Description
The mod was meant to give the leper a more flavorful design by making him a hard hitter that will strike stronger against the same ennemy but at a price, I wanted to make him an executer.

Gain a base prot that grow at higher levels of equipment but lowered dodge
Prot : 10 -> 12 -> 14 -> 16 -> 20
Dodge : 0 -> 3 -> 6 -> 9 -> 12 instead of 0 -> 5 -> 10 -> 15 -> 20
Lowered his damage by 1 at all levels and instead increased the lowest possible damage to be higher by 2.
His damaging melee attacks have a chance to bleed him, but have their accuracy increased a bit as well as destroying the armor of ennemies at higher skill level
Bleed Effect to self :
1 for 3 turns 50% chance
1 for 3 turns 60% chance
2 for 3 turns 70% chance
2 for 3 turns 80% chance
3 for 3 turns 90% chance

Armor Destruction to Monsters:

-10% for 3 turns 120% chance
-15% for 3 turns 130% chance
-20% for 3 turns 140% chance

His single target attacks mark the ennemy and his chop gain increased damage against marked ennemies but has now lowered crit chance :
2% -> 2% -> 3% -> 4% -> 5% from 3% -> 4% -> 5% -> 6% -> 7%

Mark for 2 turns maybe Up it to 3 turns since a turn is used for each action of the monster.
Chop Damage increase against marked ennemies :
10% -> 15% -> 20% -> 25% -> 30%

Hew was buffed in term of damage
From -50% to -20% at all ranks

Revenge now give smaller malus but increase his chances to receive bleed and is not once per turn, meaning that yes you can cheese but the reason for this choice is simply to avoid some bugs with the COM Endless mode where you actually can't use your once per battle abilities. the debuff last for 3 turns and can be cured.
Bleed Debuff Self :
-33% for 3 turns
Protection Debuff :
-20% from -25%

Purge no longer push the ennemy but can stun and still purge corpse, in return the damage and crit chance were lowered. Can be launched from rank 21 and target rank 12
Stun Chance :
110% for 1 turn
120% for 1 turn
130% for 1 turn
140% for 1 turn
150% for 1 turn

Damage Change :
-60% at all ranks from -40%

Crit Chance :
0 -> 0 -> 1 -> 2 -> 2 from 0 -> 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4

Solemnity is better overall and can be used at all ranks
StressHeal Buff :
9 -> 10 -> 11 -> 12 -> 13 from 5 -> 5 -> 6 -> 6 -> 7

Withstand was buffed and is usable from all rank with no per battle limit for the same reasons as above
Prot Buff :
25% - > 28% -> 32% -> 36% -> 40% from 20% -> 22% -> 25% -> 27% -> 30%
His self buff can now be used at all ranks
He can now move by 2 forward

Intimidate can be used from 321 and target rank 1 and 2 simultaneously lowering accuracy and damage instead of damage and speed.
Accuracy Debuff :
-5% -> -6% -> 7% -> -8% -> -10%

Changes will be made in function of the feedback

Pretty solid changes, can't wait to try it out. Im not sure if the battle use limit bug you talk about is fixed by now, or if it could be worked around by giving the skills 2 uses per battle, or maybe you could make an alternate version with the limit intact for players like me who just don't bother with CoM because tbh I hate endurance tests

I'd love to test it but if its not too much to ask can you change the description to show the abilities new stats and changes etc.
