Description
Not a trouble free foggy Sunday morning journey. (Part 2 N.S323 continues on to Exeter)

Route: The Riviera Line in The Fifties
Duration: 29 minutes Difficulty: Medium
Scenario: Standard
Extra DLC: GWR 1000 Class County Class Steam Locomotive

Starting at Kingswear, you are running late. The Churston connection has come down the hill to Kingswear. You have to wait for the few passengers to cross the platform to join your last few carriages - so you can depart at 07:30:00.

It is suggested to keep the PSI up, you climb up to Churston at 85% Regulator, and 18% Reverser - and then increase to 30% gradually as you climb.

The fog has been causing issues along the line.

Annoyingly at Goodrington, a train carrying ballast bags had a problem, and some bags fell off on to the end of the platform, blocking the track. You have a 15mph diversion. A crane is on location.

You may have to contend with yard traffic, so watch the signals!

Once through the yard off to Newton Abbot.

As you are running late and freezing fog is causing signalling issues, be very careful on your approach to Newton Abbot at Aller Junction.

I hope you enjoy this trip.

Part 2 of 2, goes from Newton Abbot to Exeter, and is scenario N.S323

Don't have this loco but the "Tab" whistle is mentioned on P 27 of the manual near the bottom.

Hi again Scouser888. I'm pleased you enjoyed this - even though something went wrong somewhere. I get the same result when I press Tab. We may find it is listed in the manual for the loco. In reality, when a driver had to whistle for a 'blocked' signal, it may have been this whistle - which is quite unique (Tab). Cheers for recommending again.

I think I got a corrupt download here. The scenario description was listed as Na323, but the further description said it was from Kingswear to Newton Abbot. Also, the Tab key doubled as the whistle key. But, I was able to complete it successfully, quite challenging and very enjoyable. As is usual with this creator, lots of interesting AI and static traffic. Highly recommend.
