[TF2] Refined Metal Model

Description
Each individual part has its own separate bone. Gears? Check. Metal L-plates? Check. Screw-bolt-looking thingies? Check. That weird cylinder piece? Check.

im using the bolts as train cart connectors thank god i was able to fine this and the items are separate
