Kantai Collection - Large Ship Construction:
Can see Oil, Niter, Iron, Coal, Alumium resource from the start.
Canals are unlocked with the Shipbuilding technology.
Gain a unique Governor - Nagato.

Secretary Ship - Nagato:
Unique Governor of Kantai Collection. Can increase production, strengthen units and provide strategic resources.

Promotions
Development materials:
Shallow water and land tiles adjacent to Coast +1 Production.

Instant Repair Buckets:
All units +10 recovery when restoring health.

Emergency Repair Personnel:
All units not suffer combat penalties when damaged, and do not receive damage from Hurricanes.

Expedition:
Gain +5 Coal, Oil and Aluminum per turn.

Instant Construction:
Cities with Armory or Shipyard +50% Production toward Units.

Operation Crossroads?:
All units immune nuclear blast and fallout's damage.

[Unique Unit]
Fubuki:
Replace Destroyer. Gain Admiral points for killing units.

Kongo:
Replace Battleship. Gain Admiral points for killing units.

Akagi:
Replace Aircraft Carrier. Can launch ranged attack. Gain Admiral points for killing units.

[Unique District]
Chinjufu:
Replace Harbor, has same attacking or defending ability like Encampment.
Can gain Gold from adjacent Bonus or Luxury Resources, and Production from adjacent Strategy Resources or Industrial Zone.
Provide extra Admiral and Great Engineer Points.

[Leader Trait]
Shimakaze - Can anybody keep up with me?:
+1 Movement for Land or Naval Melee, Recon, Civilian and Great Person units.
Allows coastal raiding for all naval melee units.

Yamato - Largest Naval Guns:
All land or naval ranged units +1 Promotion, +1 additional attack per turn if Movement allows, and attacks against Cities and Encampments are 100% effective.
All Coastal cities keep loyal forever.

Naka - Fleet's Idol:
Gain +2 from all Civilization's Theater, Harbor and Water Park.
+20% production towards Buildings and Districts, -30% production towards units.
Unique units can yield +3 Great Musician points per turn.
