Description
The Chimaera is an unlock level 25 size class 7 end game CV. It has 2 320.000L cargo boxes, 8 16.000L cargo boxes and 2 32.000L ammo boxes. It can easily lift max weight with all containers fully filled up (tested with pentaxid on a 1g planet) if the "HighPerformanceMOD" is turned on. With HighPerformanceMOD on the ship is very maneauverable however turning it off pretty much doubles the flight time of the ship at the cost of performance (not very noticeable when not loaded with cargo). The entire outer hull is made out of combat steel and the vital components like generators and fuel tanks are spaced out to avoid chain reactions. The inside of the ship is made out of regular steel blocks to try and keep the cost down. The chimaera is very affordable at 4,1K erestrum and zascosium, 6,4K neodymium and 3,3K cobalt. The 27K sathium and 20K iron costs should be achievable with the deconstruction of a few POI's. It has about 50 hours of fuel when stationary on the ground (HighPerformanceMOD off).

!!! There is now a Mk II variant available which fixes several issues and adds more maneauverability/firepower at the loss of the sleek look (i recommend this original one, but if you're more function minded the Mk II might be more up your alley):

Work of art! So what if you have to park it up hill! lol Really you must have spent hours & hours putting in that sort of texturing detail. Awesome job, thanks for sharing!
