@hydlided Sad to hear, could've been so much more but I just don't think they have the skill to pull off what they've been trying to achieve for twenty odd years. You won't catch me ever playing / buying their games ever again.

While playing 2.5 myself, I can just add those 'falling through the floor' glitches are still there. I can easy replicate it using a Nemesis, using external cams and go back, and start walking.

The whole AI bumping in to things is also still there. Yet I have read reports that the AI is getting a reboot during 2.6 and 3.0. They probably upgraded the BIOS of the AI with some trojan horse.

There are however a lot of different problems you haven't shown in this video though ;) And by the way, I hope your I9 will hold better while playing this game vs mine (I9 + GTX1080). Mine is just begging for an ALT+F4 everytime I go in to battle with a large fleet (3 FPS).

I've not tried it since long before patch 2.5? I guess some things are fixed, forum still complains of AI bogging down. I've got an i9 & an RTX 2080 now so I guess I should retry it at full settings at some point. I'd wait until final dlc & patches b4 buying if you haven't already m8.
