For some characters it was even not possible ot fix them.
Furthermore this mod is considered to be outdated.
I was working on a newer version, but I haven't played Enderal for a while now. I planned to update this with the new version yet I have to get back into to continue on that one.
I am currently not that much into medieval fantasy games with magic 'n stuff. :(
Yet it should not cause crashes as it just fixes some grey faces. Still if you think that this mod causes crashes, I recommend not to use it. Simply as this is the old version of the fix and the new one is till in the works.
As I thought, it surely doesn't fix the grey faces. ^^^
BUT, I can see why you thought it does. That weird shimmer makes the body often look brighter than the face. As the face doesn't have such a shimmer.
So I still use it to have it easier determining if an NPC doesn't load a Face mesh with the correct FaceTint texture.
These need to be generated in CK to fix that issue.
The thing is that, I tried to fix
Kurmai Kazaortatakajape (27d2b)
who is sitting in front of the bridge to Ark. But no matter what I tried that damn Starling didn't want to get rid of his grey face.
I really don't know what the problem is and I even asked the devs about, but they rather want to fix that at the very end.
The only weird thing I saw was, that he has different hair color in the CK (white hair) instead of the game (brown hair).
And it worked, even though I don't know what's the exact difference to my fix and the mod authors of the NPC Overhaul, except that you have to use another plugin for hairs to use the Enderal NPC fix.
It's the first time for me using the CK and I don't want to waste another whole day on one NPC, which doesn't want to get fixed.
