Note
The "Actually Erina is the one who reaches the eggs..." achievement asks you to get 20 eggs in a 0% items run.
So this guide will simply tell you how to achieve it.
Currently there are 25 eggs in this guide. If by any chance you find an egg that is not listed in here, feel free to tell me. I'll rather appreciate that. Expecting some crazy ones that require lucky knockback though.
Southern Woodland
There're 4 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Forgotten Cave
Requirement: Hidden Tech.

B - Found in Starting Forest
Requirement: Hidden Tech; Speedy buff.
You'll need the Speedy buff to use Reversed Wall Jump to reach that area.

C - Found in Forgotten Cave II
Requirement: Rumi defeated.
Once the boss battle is over, head left and you'll see it.

D - Found in Forgotten Cave - Credit to かずねちゃん
Requirement: None.
Lure the RED UPRPRC Enemy into bombing that tile.
Western Coast
There're 2 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Floating Library
Requirement: None.

B - Found in Rabi Rabi Beach (or Golden Pyramid?) Credit to speckticuls.
Requirement: Hidden Tech; Speedy buff; Amulet Cut buff (Optional).
This one is very tricky and probably needs a lot of practice. Use Quick Drop near the right wall and use Reversed Wall Jump to reach that platform. Use Bunny Amulet to extend your jump if necessary.

YouTube is somehow blocked in my region, so I can only add an image tutorial.
However Demon_of_murder_Rena is very kind to offer a video guide[www.bilibili.com]for this egg.
It's easier said than done. Good luck.
Island Core
There're 3 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Sky-High Bridge
Requirement: Hidden Tech.
Let Ribbon aim upwards and shoot, and you should find a hidden path. Jump up there and keep shooting, a spring board should appear. The egg is hidden inside the ceiling, which can be reached with the help of that spring board.

B - Found in Rabi Rabi Ravine
Requirement: Speedy buff.
Hug the right wall while falling and you should get this one.

C - Found in Rabi Rabi Park Credit to Doctor Flippers PhD.
Requirement: Hidden Tech, Amulet Cut buff (Optional).
Lure the Rock enemy into hitting you and giving you a speed boost, then use Reversed Wall Jump. Use Bunny Amulet to extend the range if necessary. Easier said than done though.
Northern Tundra
There're 5 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Aurora Palace
Requirement: None.
Jump from the edge and keep moving right, and you'll get this one. Speedy buff can help but is not necessary.

B - Found in Azure Snow Land Credit to speckticuls.
Requirement: Hidden Tech; Speedy buff; Amulet Cut buff (Optional).
Jump from the highest part of Aurora Palace and keep moving right, use Bunny Amulet to extend your jump if necessary. I recommend you to save before you jump, just in case you mess up.

C - Found in Icy Summit
Requirement: None.

D - Found in Natural Aquarium
Requirement: Seana defeated.
After beating Seana, keep going left and when you see it, use Ribbon to destroy the blocks.

E - Found in Azure Snow Land Credit to Demon_of_murder_Rena.
Requirement: Hidden Tech; Speedy buff; Amulet Cut buff (Optional).
Quick Drop near the edge and use Reversed Wall Jump, then use Bunny Amulet to extend your jump to reach that platform. Make sure you don't accidentally get that Regen Up.

Eastern Highlands
There're 3 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Evernight Peak
Requirement: None.
Eh, you need to let Saya use the block-summoning attack, with a bit of luck, you can jump to that pillar with the help of her blocks.

B - Found in Exotic Laboratory
Requirement: Hidden Tech.
I think you already got this.

C - Found in Golden Riverbank Credit to Doctor Flippers PhD.
Requirement: Hidden Tech, Amulet Cut buff (Optional).
You'll need the speed boost from enemy projectiles, then use Reversed Wall Jump. Spam Bunny Amulet for longer range if necessary. Easier said than done though.

A little known fact about the egg right before Exotic Laboratory: You can actually pick that one up in a 0% items run. But that requires the use of a glitch. See this video for more detail.
Plurkwood
There're 2 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Plurkwood
Requirement: None.
Keep moving leftwards when you reach that room.

B - Found in Plurkwood
Requirement: Hidden Tech.
Not much to add, this one isn't hard.
Subterranean Area
There're 3 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in Volcanic Caverns
Requirement: None.
Well, you need to trick those enemies into bombing the blocks that hiding the egg.

B - Found in Volcanic Caverns Credit to speckticuls.
Requirement: Speedy buff; Amulet Cut buff (Optional).
Keep moving leftwards, and use Bunny Amulet to extend the range. Since you have to go through the entire Hall of Memory all over again, it's recommended to leave this as the last one.

C - Found in Volcanic Caverns Credit to Demon_of_murder_Rena.
Requirement: Hidden Tech.
I do think this one is even trickier than the one in Golden Pyramid. You need to let the dog enemy hurt you to bounce you upwards while jumping, and then use Bunny Amulet to extend your jump.
Here's the video guide[www.bilibili.com] by Demon_of_murder_Rena.
Warp Destination
There's 1 egg available for 0% items run, which has been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in CreSpirit Base
Requirement: 3rd Warp Trip.
Just enter the CreSpirit Base.
System Interior
There're 2 eggs available for 0% items run, which have been tagged on the picture.

A - Found in System Interior (Blue Area)
Requirement: None.
Jumping back from that point is a bit tricky, but isn't that hard.

B - Found in System Interior II (Red Area)
Requirement: Hidden Tech.
Not much to add.
Thanks and hopefully this helps you out~!
Special thanks to speckticuls, かずねちゃん, Demon_of_murder_Rena and the whole Rabi-Ribi Database Community.

...Amending last comment: The pyramid is possible... just tricky on the timing of the wall kick and amulet. Was my 20th egg to get at 0% items... my fingers hurt having to do 0% again after, stupidly, deleting my two 0% save files when tiding a few things up... but gave me a drive to play this again after 7 years.

That being said... if you missed the one by Saya, good luck trying to get it in NG+. The UPRPRC are gonna have a field day with you and their fairy's are BEEFY for some reason as a mini-boss fight!

I can't wrap my mind around the "get hit for speed" and "amulet to extend your jump distance" ones (save for Northern Tundra B)... I've tried. Gotten close on the pyramid one but always end up short. Noticing the Amulet is causing the momentum to stop instead of helping to extend the distance..

...Sadly I may have to do a NG+ on my 0% item save file to get the Saya one--read how to get that way after I battled her... and that may be my last one to get too with the library being the 2nd to last.

With regards to Subterranean Area B egg, you don't necessarily need the Speedy buff. If you Quick Drop towards it and activate an Amulet, you can also reach there as well.

I see, so you basically need to trigger that "dark" overlay to make it obtainable. That makes sense.
I won't list it here but I'll add something like "little known facts" for that.
Anyway, you must be a real bunny lover to discover something like that. Thanks for all the info.
FlippersPhD 2019年11月4日 0時36分
It takes a very specific set of glitches to accomplish, some of which I'm not sure rabidb even has catalogued. It is definitely not intentionally obtainable.
Normally, you'd bomb the ground and slide through a tunnel to get the egg. However, the wall blocks next to the egg have a strange property of not being solid if you are in darkness. Through multiple glitches, you can obtain the darkness from the night forest during the first UPRPRC cutscene which warps you after it finishes, allowing you to avoid the triggers to remove the night forest's darkness. This puts you in the beach in darkness. You can then make your way above the egg in Evernight and drop down into the egg through the wall.

Like I said though, its incredibly hard and no one has actually done it legitimately as far as I know. It would probably be best to not list it here. I was mostly pointing it out as a fun fact, because it is possible in theory.

From what I read on Rabidb, it doesn't seem to be available in 0% items run. I mean the last egg you mentioned.

For park egg just left of green Kotri:
Lure rock

Damage boost off rock

Wall kick and item glide into the secret area in the wall.

Other one is here, on the second level or Ravine (2 squares below explode shot and ashuri 2):

Same idea as before, damage boost upwards on the bunny's shots, wall kick, and amulet glide back into wall.

The last one would take far too many images to explain, but on the map it is here:

Looks like the rabidb map images still dont show it, it's one of the newest eggs to be added.

...or just point the eggs in the maps above.

I'd rather appreciated if you post images instead. I have no access to Youtube so I don't actually know how ridiculous they can be.

Even more stupid is this egg:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aO9s_cQoNkw
This egg is possible, but i would never recommend doing it.
This requires a long combination of several glitches to complete, and is incredibly hard to pull off. In this video I even fail the jump at the end and don't end up collecting the egg, but I was mostly proving the journey was doable. You essentially need to collect this egg as your very first egg, as it requires the starting forest UPRPRC event to be able to trigger the strange infinite darkness glitch you see. It's also worth noting I played on a randomizer file so that I could kill Saya and Ashuri 2 beforehand, but a real run of this would require you to kill both of them in complete darkness. Also, loading a save removes the darkness, so you have to do everything in one run.
