Bridgeway Trust Bank - Unmarked POI: 16 Safes, 4 Gold Bars
By Henrik
An interesting unmarked POI to visit near Back Street Apparel, you'll find 16 wall safes, 4 gold bars, and a multitude of bundles of pre-war money locked behind a master-level terminal, amounting to a considerable value in both caps and loot.

Location
It's a fairly conspicuous location, and in turn easy to find. You'll find it about a block south of Back Street Apparel or two blocks north of Police Precinct 8.

Upon entrance, you will find yourself in a small lobby:
From there, you can simply walk over to the master-difficulty terminal, hack it, and enter the vault. There is nothing else of considerable significance within the building.
Loot Details
Each wall safe has a lockpick difficulty of varying amounts, but you'll find it worth the time should you need the loot. Depending on your charisma skill, the gold bars can sell for up to 450 caps each as well, amounting to a decent sum of 1800 caps for each plunder of the building.

The location should reset roughly every 12 days, so it is a reliable source of income on the side with little to no effort needed to attain it.

in just over 2k hours played i've never ever felt the need to learn hacking skills for some reason, same as skyrim really, again over 2k hours played and i've never been a vampire or a werewolf

Valentine can't hack Master difficulty terminals, and neither can the workbench robots, sadly. You tend to level up pretty quickly throughout the game though, so it's worth it to invest a few perk points at some point.

Oh, you don't need to be able to hack computers - If you have certain followers (Valentine can hack) you can have them go and hack the computer. Can put hacking modules into workbench robots, too.
