What it does:
Adds three new Master perks to the conjuration tree, the first of them allows you to have 5 artonachs or zombies at the same time, the second one ten and the third one as many as you want.

It's ok, currently playing a rogue/warrior type so the conjuration thing would just be something fun to do.

I disabled everything but the twin souls mod, and it still doesn't work.

Well, for me it works.
Try disabling all other mods to see if one of them causes the Problem.

Not any that even touch the conjuration tree, and I used the BOSS application to organize the load order of my mods.

This doesn't work for me.
