Dustless Clock [Non-Functional]

Description
Not my base but a dustless version of one that i found a bit too hectic. The hour hand lags behind I can't seem to fix it for the life of me.

hour hand doesn't track correctly

I would only give 3 stars as of now, because the hour arrow is not accurate. It's currently 9:19 PM for me, but the clock says 7:19 PM, and even when I reset the clock, it keeps being off in few hours.
