[KGS] [Photon] 2011 CVPI Chino Police Spare K9 Vehicle

This car took three whole days nonstop, a ton of lua fixes, and countless headaces to make! Thanks to Schmal for the Youtube videos I used to make this car!

This Car Features:
- A custom Whelen Justice Lightbar
- two warning patterns
- California Steady burn red light on all patterns except Stage 3

* imporatant note: Directional Left, Diverge, and Right patterns do not light up! this was done on purpose.

It is a 2011 CVPI based on a real Crown Victoria from Chino Police Department's spare k9 vehicle that was recently taken out of service premanatly. It was the only Crown Victoria left in their fleet.

I TAKE PAID REQUESTS ONLY! PRICING BELOW:

Lightbar only = $5.00
Custom lightbar patterns = add $5.00 to total
Additional components = add $1.50 per component to total

I won't do them for free unless I feel like it.
