Fast Travel Bug Fix

After a short while of finding nothing, here are a few fixes I found online.

Data Dump Fix

During normal gameplay (not VATS, terminal, convo, etc), open up the console and type "DumpInputEnableLayers" without the quotes of course.
In the data dump (shouldn't be large,mine was only 2 lines) look for Disabled Layers and for the Fast Travel Disabled line. It should have an integer number after it. Mine was 0.
Type "ResetInputEnableLayer #" without the quotes and where # = to the layer that mentioned Fast Travel Disabled.
You should now be able to fast travel again.

TL:DR:
1st) In console (DumpInputEnableLayers)
2nd) Locate the one that says Fast Travel somewhere within it
3rd) ResetInputEnableLayer # (# being the layer fast travel was found on)




I should note that this fix seems to be the most useful and direct. I would only read ahead in this guide if a problem persists.

Questing Fix

Based on some of the reports I've read, some players are able to fix the fast travel bug if it was in response to a quest, by continuing the main quest line. Personally my fast travel broke during "Institutionalized."

Locational Fix

Some players found a fix by visiting certain locations.

Listening Post Bravo, north-east of most of the commonwealth, seems to be one of these locations.
As well as Vault 111. Going inside and exiting again seems to fix it for a minority of players.
Combat Zone had recorded to fix at least two players.

COC Fix

I had read on two posts that going to a location directly via console can fix it (or break it again.)

Attempting coc Vault111ext was a common fix on blogs.
Trying coc of a settlement of your choosing (one that perferably has been built in by yourself) had also seemed like a fix.
