Half Life laggy mouse problem fix (steampipe beta)

Sometimes when you play Half Life: Blue Shift (and Half Life and HL: Opposing force) you experience a frustrating mouse lag that slows down your mouse movement. This problem is random and is often triggered by fast in-game movements or long periods of play time. When triggered, you can just restart the game to fix this problem, but it will always come back, making the gaming experience not quite enjoyable. This can be permanently solved by following these simple steps:
-Open the Mouse Options.
-Enable "Mouse Filter" and "Raw mouse input" (and mouse look obviously).
-Quit the game (play a little, save and exit to work 100% well if needed).
-Start the game and play as much as you want without expecting mouse lag troubles :D

Yea I have the same problem with "Half-life: Echoes". It's making that garage with all the vortigunts and grunts impossible for me.

I have had this problem in "Half-life: Echoes" a mod for Half-Life and this didn't help. Any way to fix it in Half-Life: Echoes?
