Please read the description before using.

You can use this smooth roundabout in the middle of the city, and beyond it. The auxiliary lane allows you to not use the intersection if you want to rotate in the right way.

For correct work, I recommend using the "Traffic Manager: President Edition" and define vehicle restrictions as shown in the image below and disable all traffic lights.

Awesome roundabout, only question, according to your TM:PE layout, how can a car go from south to west? since you force it to go to the middle or right lane, which is forced north at the next intersection.
