This is a 4x4 corner L1 Commercial High building based on the Apple Store at Union Square, San Francisco.

It is part of my Flagship Store collection

Main Model: 6,984 tris / 1,024x1,024 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha, normal maps
Custom LOD: 284 tris / 256x256 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps

NOTE: This is a corner building, if you are plopping it using mods like Find It!, please make sure you are placing the right sides facing the roads, otherwise the building will disappear.

Screenshots were taken with the NotSillyAfterDark LUT which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.

Of course, if you encounter any issues in-game, please post it below and I'll do my best to fix it!

That is, there was a level 1 Apple building, it improved to level 2 and the view changed to an ordinary building ...

When the building is upgraded, the view changes to normal, why?

I think I just fixed the issue. I was forcing the game to use direct-x 9.. Using 11 now and it works.

I am using ACME, ULOD and a couple of other mods that deal with camera and LODS... I guess I will disable one at a time and see which one is the culprit.

@Gorgon Freeman When you say "change camera views" are you using any mods that deal with camera / model rendering distance etc? The logo doesn't flicker on my end and yours is the first reported case. Technically the logo is a separate plane (with the alpha map carving out the shape of the logo) resting a few centimeters on top of the wall, so I imagine if you are using some mods that make the game render that differently from vanilla, that might be what's causing the issue.

Can anyone tell me why the apple logo on the side of the building keeps flickering? It happens when I change camera views. Clipping in and out of the wall texture.

You can add custom tags to assets in find it, so you can search for the tag instead of the asset name

@Stringer Bell I have to put it on high commercial tile? Oh thats going to happen if you descriptions that are not your mother tongue. I will try it asap. But finding these just via Find it is quite annoying. I have some hundreds assets like that and to be honest do not know the names.
