Informations:

This building is located at Rue de Rivoli, near the Louvre in Paris. The shops have colour variations.

Additional informations:

The footprint of this building is 14m x 10m. That means it doesn't fit the grid. I strongly suggest using Plop the growables mod and Move it to make them look good in your city. I will not be replying to any comments complaining "Boohoo it doesn't fit the grid."

I can't seem to get this to work in my district. Only some residentials assets are showing up in low density. What am I missing? New to the game / modding here.

I do have a 1:1 map of Paris as well as Versailles, but they use custom networks I made for myself. The saves would would crash for everyone if I'd publish them without the networks.

Nope. Just use the map overlay mod and make your own.
