[GuP] Anchovy for Duce

Hello, any fine lad or lass who may happen to stumble across this mod!

Here, I noticed on the workshop that there are a few Girls und Panzer mods that replace every leader with an character from the anime, but instead, this mod only replaces Dumb old Mussolini, with smart, young, elegant Anchovy from Anzio high.

I know, there are plenty of mods doing this already, but they do all the leaders, whereas I just did Anchovy as Italy's leader instead, for those few people who don't want a full roster of anime leaders.

In the future, I may add Pepperoni and Carpaccio as generals, add different images, Or do other individual countries' leader, depending on how this mod is received.
