Goguryeo UA
Predatory Economy
All mounted units have +1 Movement and gains Gold for the empire from each enemy unit killed.

Gwanggaeto LA
Yeongnak Emperor
Combat Bonus(+20%) when fighting in territories of a non-Golden-Age Civilization or Civilization with less Cities than Goguryeo.

Goguryeo UU
Gaemamusa
Replaces the Horseman. Receives the "Shock I" promotion and the "Cover I" promotion.

Goguryeo UB
Gyeongdang
Replaces the Library. +15 XP for all Combat Units.

I reloaded and it recognized that I have horses. The still have the other problems.

Gaemamusa is "FREE" - why? When/why did I got it?
But I can't produce Gaemamusa - it says, no horses but I already have 4!!!

Nice - but one "error". I never need more than 380 points to chose a new social policy.
Rest is very fine.

Hmmmm. I think You need to change the color icons of your civ.. Barbs color is not a good thing for a civ ;)
