Dust Tower Takeover

Description
This mod adds an override state for the Dust King's Tower that allows the player to takeover ownership.

The condition for takeover is "Dust King is dead" and for the override to take place after he dies you need to move all your units out of the area completely before returning.

Furniture and contents are also transfered to player ownership but i have'nt added any bar squads or mercs here.

@oddgen triangle bandits have to be another mod. @Hobo in Kmart likely there is another mod that effects dust tower in some way. I think if this mod is placed after other mods changing dust tower in any way it should take precedent. Allthough it's been over 2 years since I've played or modded Kenshi so I can't be 100% sure.

Why do triangles bandit take over after i have killed dust king ? is this regular or maybe some crossing over of different mods....

How do you actually claim the tower?
If I click on it I cant buy it , just that its Without any faction.

After I killed the Dust King I came back and it says it belongs to no faction and the tower is completely destroyed.

It will attract raids/taxes.

After takeover and settling in the tower, will it attract raids/taxes or does it remain invisible?

@criticallord: Are you sure you went to the Dust King's Tower? The Black Dragon Ninjas have a tower not too far from there and there is a mod that gives the Tower of Ninjas to the Shinobi when the leader is removed.
