Jippety Point

Description
Jippety Point started life as a water sports park set on a peninsula and island inside an inland lake. The owner’s saw the potential for something more entertaining and over time started to add family attractions. The park then started to attract the type of visitor that was no longer interested in water sports and more interested in screams and thrills. The first rollercoaster was installed – The Jippety Scream and they never looked back! Investing more and more money in bigger and better rides, space became a premium, and the larger investments stretched into the water. There is no space left though, so the only way is further out into the water or to redevelop existing areas.
However, innovation isn’t the game here – The owners didn’t care for creating anything fresh and new – it was all about money, money, money. So, as a result, the park is the epitome of jank, generic and cookie-cutter. Most of the coasters are off-the-shelf models that you’d find from any manufacturer with slight customisation. Innovation died when the Jippety Scream was installed - but that’s OK because we live in a world of little effort maximum profit!
For the full experience, you’ll need to have these files:

NOTE – This was a throwaway project that I never intended to publish, so I’ve used some copyrighted material that is NOT in this file and I’ve not removed from the park. So, you’ll get a file-fail load error for these. You can probably work out what they are and find them yourself though :) I hope that the Asylum logo isn’t copyrighted. I’m sorry if it is, let me know and I’ll remove it. Either way, thanks for a great graphic to use!

Jippety – adverb – To be generic, cheap, “janky”, carbon copied from some-where else.

CREATORS NOTES:
1. You will need ALL DLC items for this park. Sorry about that – it’s hard to create good parks using just Vanilla now that we have so many DLC’s.
2. This was a throw-away park for me. I was just playing around with it between bigger projects, I’ve not used any building blueprints from the Workshop. I’ve used buildings from my previous parks, so you’ll probably have seen them in previous projects I’ve done. Over time I’ve created some new custom buildings, though. But ultimately, this is was meant to be a throwaway project but after showcasing it, there was a lot of good things being said and the demand to release it.
3. YES, I’m going to do a starter version with nothing on it. But please let me take time to create it!
4. There are NO OBJECTIVES to this scenario, the money will flow in and so will the people. This scenario literally presents no challenge and that’s by design. Just enjoy it for what it is – my throwaway park.
5. The natural guest peak is approx. 9,800 (16,000 if you have all marketing campaigns running). But you CAN limit the guests if you wish and the park WILL LOAD WITH ZERO GUESTS to accommodate slower systems.
6. I don’t recall every TMTK item I’ve used; I’m sorry. So thank you for your creation if you’re in here. You can choose to subscribe to them when you load the park – so please do, these creators have done a wicked job!
7. I used Wudey’s SLC layout as a base and edited it slightly. So, thanks for starting that off!
8. Of course you can use the buildings within your own parks and if you use them In a published park a hat-tip or a credit would be lovely, but there’s no need to ask for permission.
