This is one of those levels where a serial strategy doesn't work and everything has to be done in little bits simultaneously. Upgrading has to be more or less ad hoc and workers sourced from several places. A close eye has to be kept on quantities and the grades of trains being released to minimise waste of resources. Not especially difficult but a nice change for the above reasons.

Crap..

11:30 5 stars, nice straight forward not too stressful, just what I was looking for.

What a fun level! :-) After a slow start, things got hectic and ... fun! :-)

9:46 after a few more tries. It seems like it should still be done faster. Still enjoyable after many plays.
